I was born and raised in the Midwest, but in 2009—during one of the worst economic downturns—my husband and I made a bold decision. We purchased a waterfront home in Pompano Beach, Florida, entirely online, without seeing it in person. I didn’t set foot in my new home until three weeks after we owned it! At the same time, we were sending our only son off to college. We sold everything, moved to Florida with no jobs, and took a leap of faith. A little crazy? Maybe. But it turned out to be the best decision we ever made.

We’re outdoor people who love being on the water—whether it’s boating, going to the beach, or simply enjoying life on a canal. I call it water therapy.  In 2024 we became grandparents to our precious Grandson. We have really enjoyed our new roles as grandparents and look forward to watching him grow.

I started my real estate career in 2010, and transitioning from the Midwest to the South Florida market was eye-opening. While the market back home hadn’t crashed in the same way, South Florida was a different story. I dedicated myself to learning the market, understanding the unique needs of buyers and sellers here, and building strong partnerships with lenders, title companies, and home inspectors to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.
